You're better at what you do than half the firms on Google. So why do they get the enquiries?
Your clients rate you. Referrals have kept you going. But look at who new clients are choosing, and it isn't always the better firm. It's the one that's easier to find, and easier to trust.
- You've got a handful of Google reviews, and the newest is nearly a year old.
- Your website doesn't say clearly who you help, and changing it is a job in itself.
- You know you should post on LinkedIn and Google. In a busy season, it never happens.
- Your old address is still on some directory site, and you've no idea how to fix it.
- Referrals dry up without warning, and you're back to waiting for the phone.
None of that is about how good you are. It's about what people see before they get in touch.

This is where he picks a firm. You never even know it happened.
The client is won or lost before your phone rings.
A business owner near you needs an accountant. They search, they look at three firms, and they contact one. It takes seconds.
Think about how you'd choose:
- How many stars, and how many reviewsMore reviews feels safer.
- How recent the last one isMonths old, and people wonder if you're still going.
- Whether the profile looks aliveRecent photos and posts show a real, busy firm.
- What the website's like on a phoneSlow or unclear, and they're back to the list.
- Whether you reply to reviewsIt shows you care after the sale, not just before it.
Clarke & Co might give the best advice on that list. Today, it gets the call last.
What would a few more clients a month be worth to you?
We can't promise how many more enquiries you'll get. Nobody honest can. But you can see what's at stake. Put in numbers you believe.
A guide, not a promise. Set the numbers to match your business.
Getting found isn't one job. It's five jobs, every single week.
A website. A Google profile. Reviews. Posts. Listings. Each one helps a bit on its own. Done together, week in, week out, they make you the obvious choice.
That's the catch. Doing all five properly takes hours every week, on top of a full day's work. So it slips. Not because you don't care. Because nobody can do both.
- WebsiteTurns visitors into enquiries
- Google profileThe first thing people see when they search
- ReviewsWhy they pick you over the next name
- Posts and articlesProof you're busy and still going
- ListingsYour details right, everywhere
Get Found runs all five for you, every week. You stay focused on clients.
Five parts. One system. All done for you.
Here's exactly what Get Found does for your business, and what each part means for you.
A website that turns visitors into enquiries
When someone finds you on Google, they'll often check your website before they get in touch. If it's slow, out of date or fiddly on a phone, they go back to the list.
We build you a fast, modern site with a page for each service, an enquiry form and a call button that's always in reach. Then we look after it. Want a new photo or a price changed? Text us, and it's done within 48 business hours.
- Custom design, built for you
- A page for each service you offer
- Enquiry form and tap-to-call on every page
- Set up for Google and AI search
- Hosting, security and unlimited updates
You look like the established firm you are, and visitors turn into enquiries.
New five-star reviews every week, without you asking
Happy clients would leave a review. They just don't, unless someone asks at the right moment. And at the end of a long day, that someone isn't you.
Get Found asks for you. After each piece of work, your client gets a friendly text with a one-tap link, then an email if they don't reply. Every new review gets a reply drafted in your words. You approve it, or let it post on its own.
- A review request after each piece of work, by text then email
- A QR card for asking face to face
- An alert the moment a new review lands
- A reply drafted for every review
- Your best reviews shown on your website
Your reviews stay fresh, so the next person who searches sees a firm people are happy with this week, not last year.
A Google profile that looks busy, because it is
Your Google profile is often the first thing people see, before your website and before they get in touch. Old photos and no updates say 'maybe still going'.
We set it up properly: the right category, your services, your hours and your photos. Then we post on it every week, so it always looks current.
- Full profile set-up and tidy-up
- A post every week, with a photo from your work
- A prompt after each piece of work for a photo we can use
- Services, areas and hours kept up to date
You look like a firm that's busy and doing well. That's the one people choose.
Your pages stay busy, even in your busiest season
You know you should post. Then it's January, you're buried in returns, and it doesn't happen. Again.
We write and schedule three posts a week on the platform you choose, plus one article a month for your website. Local, useful and about the work you want more of.
- 3 social posts a week, written and scheduled
- 1 article a month for your website
- Written for your area and your services
- Social profiles set up to match your business
Anyone who checks you out sees a firm that's active and knows its stuff, and you haven't written a word.
Your details right, everywhere people look
An old phone number. An address from two moves ago. A slightly different business name on a site you've never heard of. It confuses people and sends calls to the wrong place.
We get your name, address and phone number correct and consistent, and keep them that way.
- Your details matched across your listings
- Website, Google profile and social pages kept in line
- Updated when your details change
Every place someone finds you sends them to the right number.
Same week. Same work. Different results.
Here's what changes when Get Found runs in the background.
A normal week now
- MonBack-to-back client work. No post goes out.
- TueA client's delighted with their return. Nobody asks for a review.
- WedSomeone searches. Your last review is 11 months old. They call the firm with 97.
- ThuYou want to update your fees page. It'll have to wait.
- FriNext month looks quiet. You wait for a referral.

Get Found is built for one kind of business
It's for you if
- You're good at what you do and want more of the right clients
- You'd rather be doing client work than learning marketing
- Your reviews, Google profile or website have been on the 'I'll sort it' list for months
- You want to look like the established firm you are
It's not for you if
- You want a guarantee of first place on Google. Nobody honest can promise that.
- You want paid ads run for you. That isn't part of Get Found.
- You're at capacity and don't want new clients.

I'm David. You'll speak to me on the call.
I left corporate leadership to help small businesses run on proper systems. Most owners are brilliant at the job and short on time. What's missing isn't effort. It's systems.
On the call, I'll look at how your business works today, show you what we'd change, and tell you straight if it isn't right for you.

Questions people ask before they book
What does it cost?
Monthly: £199, £249 or £299 a month, depending on the size of your team, plus a one-off set-up fee of £750, £1,000 or £1,250. No minimum term. Annual: £1,990, £2,490 or £2,990 a year, paid upfront, with no set-up fee. That's 2 months free. All prices exclude VAT.
Will I be top of Google?
Nobody honest can promise a position. Google decides that. What we can do is make sure the things that help happen every week: fresh reviews, an active profile, a proper website and correct details everywhere. Without a system, those are the first things to slip when you're busy.
How long before I see a difference?
Your website's first draft is ready within 14 days of getting your details, and review requests start as soon as we switch them on. How quickly enquiries pick up depends on your area and your competition, so we won't promise a date. On the call, we'll show you what to watch.
What do I have to do?
Book the call, send us your details and some photos, and check the first draft. After that, keep doing good work and text us when you want something changed.
What if I already have a website?
We can rebuild it for you, and it's included in your plan. If you'd rather keep your own site, we do everything else and send you each month's article to post.
Do I own the website?
It's a website as a service: we host it, look after it and make your changes while your plan runs. After 24 months of payments, you can take the code free of charge. Before then, you can buy it out.
Who writes the posts and articles?
We do. They're drafted with AI, checked against your business details and posted on schedule. Tell us what you want to push and we'll work it in.
Can I approve review replies first?
Yes. Approve each reply before it posts, or let them post on their own. It's your choice.
Is it allowed to ask for reviews?
Yes. Google lets you ask every client. It doesn't let you pay for reviews or only ask the happy ones, and we don't.
Is there a contract?
Not on monthly billing. You can leave after any month. Annual plans are paid upfront, with no set-up fee, and aren't refunded if you leave early.

Next week, a business owner near you will search for a firm like yours. Whose name will they find?
You can keep hoping referrals fill the diary. Or you can give us 30 minutes, see exactly what we'd do for your firm, and decide then.
No pressure and nothing to sign on the call. If it's not right for you, I'll tell you.
- Website, reviews, Google profile, posts and listings, all done for you
- From £199 a month, website included
- No minimum term on monthly billing
30 minutes with David. No obligation.
P.S. If you've skipped to the bottom: Get Found builds your website, brings in fresh reviews every week, keeps your Google profile and social pages busy and fixes your listings. We do all of it. Book a call, see what it would look like for your business, and decide then.
